License Terms for Bento Slides's Presentation Slides
These license terms ("Agreement") govern the use of presentation slides created by Bento Slides (bentoslides.com) and made available for download on our website or through other means. By downloading or using the Slides, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- License Grant
Bento Slides (bentoslides.com) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Slides for commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:
- a. Internal Use: You may use the Slides to create presentations for your own team or organization.
- b. Client Use: You may use the Slides to create presentations for your clients, provided that you charge your clients for the use of the Slides.
- c. Distribution and Sale: You may not distribute or sell the Slides or their derivatives as free or paid downloads, either individually or as part of a larger product or service.
Do's:
- - Use the Slides for personal & commercial purposes, as permitted by this Agreement.
- - Use the Slides to create presentations for your team or clients.
- - Charge your clients for the use of the Slides.
Don'ts:
- - You're not allowed to distribute or sell the Slides or their derivatives as free or paid downloads.
- - You're not allowed to use these Slides to replicate a similar product, package or service that may affect our sales and business.
- - Do not use the Slides in a way that violates any intellectual property rights of Bento Slides or any third party.
- 2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Slides are the intellectual property of bentoslides.com, and nothing in this Agreement shall transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You acknowledge and agree that Bento Slides (bentoslides.com) retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Slides, including all intellectual property rights therein.
- 3. Warranties and Disclaimers
Bento Slides makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to the Slides, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bento Slides disclaims any and all liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Slides, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
- 4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bento Slides be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Slides, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- 5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bento Slides, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Slides, including but not limited to any claims based on any breach by you of this Agreement.
- 6. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the date of download or use of the Slides and shall continue until terminated by either party. Bento Slides may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice if you breach any material provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of the Slides and destroy all copies of the Slides in your possession or control.
- 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which Bento Slides is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India or province in which we're located.
- 8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
- 9. Counterparts
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
