1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this License, the Product Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the accompanying Figma presentation resources (the “Product”).

This License applies to Individuals, Startups, Agencies, Businesses, and Enterprises, as determined by the license tier purchased.

2. License Types

  • Individual License – single user
  • Startup License – small teams
  • Agency License – client-facing teams
  • Business / Enterprise License – internal or client use at scale

All other terms apply equally across license types.

3. Permitted Use

  • Personal projects
  • Commercial and client work
  • Charging for design, consulting, or presentation services
  • Modification and customization
  • Unlimited project usage

Commercial use is permitted when the Product is used as part of a service engagement or internal business workflow.

4. Client Delivery of Editable Files

Editable files may be delivered to clients when the delivery is part of a service engagement, the files are customized for that client, and the files are used solely for the client’s internal or business purposes.

Clients may edit the delivered files for their own use.

5. Client Use Limitations

  • No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing
  • No template or reusable system usage
  • No marketplace or downloadable offerings
  • No reuse across unrelated brands
  • No AI or machine-learning training, tuning
  • No automated design tools or generators
  • No ownership claims

6. Restrictions on Use

  • No repository uploads

7. Work-for-Hire and Ownership

This License does not transfer ownership of the Product or its underlying design system, including in commissioned or work-for-hire projects.

Clients receive rights only to use customized deliverables created specifically for them.

8. Team Access

Access to the original Product files is limited to the number of users covered by your purchased license. Additional users require a license upgrade.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain with the Product Owner. No ownership rights are transferred.

10. Disclaimer

The Product is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Termination

Failure to comply with this License may result in termination of the granted rights. Use after termination is not permitted.

12. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this License.
